What Deposits are Required? A Three Hundred and Fifty ($350.00) dollar deposit is required per person upon application. See
"Cancellations Fees" for refund policy. This amount
is applied towards the total cost of the trip. What are the Deadlines? We must make our commitments to the airline companies, hotels, and bus companies, etc., many months in advance. Thus it is necessary to know as soon as possible those who desire to take any tour. Final payments must be made no less than
ninety (90) days
prior to travel. What is Included in the Price? The price includes bus transportation,
accommodations, and boat cruises. Not included
are, tips, extra sight-seeing, etc...
All payments for the tours must be made by certified cheque or, the preferred method, credit card (Master
Card, VISA, or Diners). "Count the Cost" Please make sure that you "count the cost" before making any arrangements to go on a tour or not. It would be wise not to send in an application unless you are quite sure of making the trip.
As a reminder, final payments
must be made no less than ninety (90) days prior to travel. Are Children Welcome? Absolutely! However, if a child occupies a seat on the airplane or bus (2 years of age and older), he/she is considered an adult and there is no discounts available. Meals on the Tour In making your plans, it has been a general rule to expect to pay about $30.00 US per person per day. Sharing It is best that you arrange for your own partner or group on the tour. Each hotel room can accommodate up to four people. While we cannot recommend anyone for
you to share
accommodations with, we will be glad to send you the name and address of others who may be looking for partners. Early Departures and Late Returns Some may want to leave early for their tour
and/or come back later so that they may visit friends before and/or after the tour. This can be arranged without extra charge. Just let us know well in advance so that we can,
if needed, book air tickets accordingly. What about Insurance? Hospital and Medical insurance while traveling
are a must! Very good insurance is available through our preferred vendor, Globetrek (part of Royal & Sun Alliance, established in 1710). We will gladly provide you with details upon request. Important notice about airfares It has become increasingly difficult to deal with the various airlines. Once tickets are issued, they can not be
changed or cancelled without expensive change/cancellation fees. Also, prices change from day to day, and as a result, if prices increase dramatically, you will be notified and have the option to
